ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST

Taylor Griffin, LCSW

Hello, I’m Taylor Griffin, MSW, APSW, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy to teens (14+) and adults across Wisconsin.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have experience working with Veterans, in addition to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to offer therapy that feels supportive, personalized, and truly Taylor’d to your unique needs.

Clients often share that one of my greatest strengths is my ability to build rapport and create a space where they feel comfortable, understood, and engaged early in the process. I believe feeling safe and connected is essential for meaningful therapeutic work.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to meet clients where they are while offering practical tools, insight, and support to foster growth and lasting change.

I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about gaining clarity, building self-understanding, and moving forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable. I offer a brief initial consultation to ensure a good therapeutic fit.

What does therapy with you look like?

I use a client-centered approach, which means our sessions focus on what matters most to you. Your goals, experiences, and comfort level guide the work we do.

I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship and offering a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Beginning therapy can be hard, and talking to someone you just met can feel vulnerable. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We will take it one step at a time,
together.
